**Remember to drink plenty of filtered water while you are cleansing. It is important that you eliminate toxins two to three times a day and drinking water will help push those toxins through the intestinal tract and kidneys!!

In order for true and lasting change to occur you must SHIFT YOUR MINDSET!

How to begin (A note from Dr Leslie):

If you have never meditated before or just starting out, I highly recommend using guided meditation. There are some great tools you can use on your phone such as CALM and HEADSPACE. Even getting in 15 minutes a day will be a great start! 

For those wanting a more intense form of meditation, I highly recommend the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza. His guided meditations are my daily go to!!

For this 45 day transformation, I recommend meditating at least once a day! I like to meditate in the mornings to start my day on a positive note and to fill my mind with what I want in my life. Most of us focus on what we don't want instead of what we do want....it's human nature. Mediation can be a place where you teach the subconscious mind to focus on what you want to create.

The MIND portion of this transformation is KEY in seeing lasting results and true change. Come on, try it!

EXERCISE!!

Find something that works for you! Burst training (short, high intensity workouts) are some of the best ways to really re-set the body's metabolism, especially for those 4o and over.
